ORLANDO, FL, June 18, 2015 — Land Advisors Organization (LAO), a premier nationwide land brokerage firm, announces the successful execution of their most recent land transaction in the Orlando metropolitan area.

The LAO-Orlando team of Steve Flanagan and Mike Ripley acted as transaction broker in Nola Land Company Inc.’s June 8, 2015, $16,855,000 sale of 540.91 acres at SR 50 and E.R. Jahna Blvd in Clermont. The buyer was Mattamy (Jacksonville) Partnership.

The Orlando office has executed over $151M in land sales since opening in February 2009.
